Regardless of whether you choose to ride a scooter in a province that has or has not legalized them, we ask you to prioritize wearing a helmet, riding in bike lanes, and always following the rules of the road. By purchasing a scooter from us, you accept our terms and conditions, and confirm that all research regarding the legal status of electric scooters is the customers’ responsibility.
We unfortunately no offer pick-ups from our warehouses due to different stock being in various locations. All orders will be shipped out to you following strictly quality assurance and quality control measures.

It is not recommended to exceed the maximum load as it will negatively affect the driving performance. It would affect the performance by putting more strain on the suspension and motor, lowering top speeds and overall range, and increase the chances of maintenance problems with the scooter.
We recommend to find a scooter that is built to carry the weight of the rider. For reference, the max-load of our scooters is 120 Kg / 265.5 Lbs
